The Emerging Generation

Jubilee loves children and young people and attracts high numbers of families with children!

We see children and young people as a key part of our church family and seek to provide programmes especially for them. We also want them to get caught up in a vision for God that will give them direction and purpose in life.

On Sundays

On Sundays children will usually join us in worship for the first 30 minutes and then leave to go do various age appropriate groups – Crèche babies and toddlers (0-4s), Sparks (3-4 yrs old), Flames (School Years 1 to 3) and Lasers (School Years 4 to 6).

On the first Sunday of the month in addition to running our usual service we run a special Sunday service just for kids that we call Kidz Klub Sunday. Kidz Klub Sunday allows kids to spend time in age appropriate worship, doing craft, enjoying drama and games with object lessons to teach the kids about Jesus.

We want our kids to be safe and so part of the process to become a kid’s worker is to complete Child Protection training and be CRB checked. We also endeavour to have one of the team first aid trained.
