Who's Who

Sean and Hayley Gubb

Sean is Senior Pastor at Jubilee, is married to Hayley and has four sons.  Before leading the Church full time, Sean worked at Waverley Abbey House, CWR's training centre for 15 years in a variety of roles.  He continues to serve on the CWR Board as a Director.  Studied at London Bible College and gained a MA in Pastoral Leadership through the University of Wales. He has a passion to see vibrant, authentic, grace filled churches established that are growing communities that believe the Bible and are open to God's Spirit.  He holds the vision of the Church, leads the team of elders and the growing staff team. 

Hayley is passionate about seeing children know their Heavenly Father and serves the church in various ways.

Dave and Bridget Berry

Dave serves as one of the founding elders, is married to Bridget and has two boys.  Dave works for Sony as a software engineer, but has a passion for music and seeing the people of God worship well.  Drawn from many years of pastoring people and in-depth postgraduate study, Dave is full of pastoral wisdom and serves the church leading worship, preaching and pastoral care. 

Bridget, a Heath Visitor, currently heads up the Parenting programme and has taken over 500 families through Parenting Courses.

Steve and Amber Delves

Steve works with Sean in leading the church as Associate Pastor.  He is marrried to Amber and they have two girls and a boy. Steve has been a professional youth worker most of his working life serving in various large Anglican churches, originally training in Youthwork and Theology with the Oasis Trust.  In 2008 he came to Farnham to work for FCCT as their senior youth worker.  He continues to pursue his passion to see young people saved and made into disciples and does this by being seconded to Cohesion for two days per week and serving with the Soul Survivor Team.  Steve has particular passion to see people made into disciples and heads up our small groups and men's ministry.

Amber is employed by the church as a Community Development Worker in it's pioneering social action project, a role that is part funded by the local council.
