Equipping for Life

Jubilee Seminar Season
Jesus said 'Go and do Likewise….'

The Vision

To welcome an Ephesians 4 evangelist to inspire and equip Jubilee Church Farnham (JCF) to preach the gospel, grow in faith for signs & wonders and be committed to cross-cultural mission in Farnham and throughout the world.

Introduction

As a result of a JCF team visiting Cape Town, South Africa, in 2004 and working with Angela Kemm in the townships, a desire grew for her to be invited to minister to the church in Farnham.

Angela has a catalytic ministry—releasing already existing potential.  Specifically, she has been used to equip and raise the profile of evangelism and ‘signs following’ along with cross-cultural mission (not just to the poor) in many churches.  She has also been used to pray for healing and deliverance and has spent time ministering in the power of the Spirit to individuals in midweek groups.

Greg and Angela Kemm have been members of Jubilee Community Church, Cape Town, since it was planted in 1983. Angela worked in the Townships for 20 years and was instrumental in helping Jubilee change from a 'white' church into a multicultural one. She has planted two churches in the Townships and helped move a community of people from shacks into their own houses. Her passion is to see the church raised up into all that God has made it to be. Greg and Angela have three married daughters and three grandchildren.

The Programme

This programme for Jubilee Church Farnham is built around three periods of activity:

First, last January and February four Sunday evenings were devoted to Angela teaching upon cross-cultural mission, evangelism, healing, deliverance, signs and wonders. These were complemented by Angela visiting Growth Groups to pray for people.  This period concluded with an Evangelistic Event, Free Indeed.

The programme continues in September 2007 with Greg and Angela returning to provide further training.
